5.1 Listing Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information, images, and content you post on the Platform. You warrant that:

- The property or service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7.4 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content posted by users, including property listings, images, descriptions, and user communications.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Investments in India, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or rights of others
- Content you post on the Platform
- Any transaction or interaction with other users
- Your misrepresentation or fraud
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Investments in India or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 User Content License: By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
9.3 User Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you post, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post it and grant us the license described above.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Modifications to Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
